Clinical Training Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Clinical Training Supervisor for Behavioral Health Assessment Clinic will provide supervision for psychological assessments for children, adolescents and young adults. Work responsibilities will include weekly supervision meetings with students on supplemental assessment clinical training agreements. Supervision will include collaborating with Assessment Director on assessment assignments; collaborate with student to determine assessment protocol. Assist students in the scoring and interpretation of assessments. The supervisor will review, edit, and provide feedback regarding completed assessment reports. The supervisor will model, observe and provide feedback for the students' competence in interpreting and explaining assessment results to stakeholders.

Job Impact

The position aligns with university mission as the supervisor will support assessments provided. By students to under-served members of the community. Supervisor has responsibility for supervising and signing off on reports.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of assessment measures relative to referral
• Ability to score and interpret measures
• Ability to supervise students in interpretation
• Ability to supervise students in report writing

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced Degree
• 5 to 9years of Experience Required.
• .10 FTE, Tuesdays 12pm-4pm
• Expertise working with diverse students and employees
