HVAC Preventative Maintenance

Job Purpose

To assist the Mechanical Systems department in developing and executing a maintenance schedule to ensure the longevity of HVAC equipment. To work alongside Journeyman, Limited Maintenance Electricians (LME), Journeyman, Limited Energy B Electrician and perform tasks that help move projects along in an efficient manner.

Essential Responsibilities

• HVAC Preventative Maintenance Schedule Development and Execution of Work
• Assist Plumbing Maintenance Calls 
• Assist HVAC repair calls
• Shop organization, parts runner

Minimum Qualifications

• Full time position, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
• High school or equivalent training required
