Registrar's Office Temporary Staff

To assist the Registrar's office by performing job functions necessary for completing historic data projects.

Responsibilities/Duties: (Some or all of the following responsibilities may be assigned.) Assist with phase 1 of the historic degree project, which includes collecting data from pdf copies of old hard-copy transcripts and entering it onto a google sheet.

• Assist Records Specialist with updates to historical enrollment records in PeopleSoft Assist with major projects including pre-registration and registration events, grade entry and graduation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: PC computer skills, especially including spreadsheet management. Accurate, with strong attention to detail. Dependable, able to follow instructions, understand tasks quickly and retain information. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to follow directions and ask questions when clarification is needed. Able to maintain confidentiality of information.
